Checklist for Fellowship MS in Integrative Medicine & Ayurveda for Medical Professionals

Thank you for submitting your application to Maharishi International University. Please read all the items on the checklist below carefully. The application materials are listed in order of importance. For fastest processing, we recommend that you follow this order as much as possible when you submit your documents and forms.

All the forms and documents should be sent to admisdoc@mum.edu or to your admission counselor’s email address.

An official transcript is a copy of your grade report (and a diploma in certain cases) issued or attested by your undergraduate school. Official transcripts should bear the original stamp and signature of a school official and be placed in an envelope and sealed by a school officer.

If your school does not issue an official transcript (i.e., when the school issues only one copy of the original transcript upon graduation), you can look for an educational organization that provides attestation services in your country.

If you are required in your country to take a university entrance exam, please send that report to us along with your transcripts.

All transcripts or diplomas that are not in English must be accompanied by an official translation into English.

Original transcripts are not needed for Admission.

A paper copy of your official transcripts in a closed envelope should be sent via post to:
