Our BA in Business Administration will provide you with the skills you need to become successful in business while supporting your personal and spiritual growth.
In our BA program, you will:
As a student at MUM you’ll be taking one full-time course a month instead of balancing multiple classes, homework assignments, and exams. You’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into the knowledge without distraction.
Our courses teach practical skills for success and cover the foundations of management in accounting, finance, marketing, production, human resource management, and more.
Our BA program teaches from an international perspective so that our students learn how to function effectively in the world’s varied cultural and business settings.
You’ll learn to be a broad thinker, a harmonious contributor to teams, and an expert in creative change. You’ll graduate as more than an entrepreneur — you’ll be an influencer and a leader.
Students in the BA program work with MUM’s Concept to Market Institute (CTMI) to develop their own unique products as a part of their senior capstone project.
The CTMI will teach you how to develop innovative, socially conscious, and environmentally friendly ideas and show you how to turn them into real, successful business ventures.
These courses don’t end with product development, either. Our faculty will continue helping you guide your product to market, even after the course is over, for as long as the product needs to become viable.
All of our students and faculty practice the Transcendental Meditation technique daily. This technique has been scientifically proven to lower stress, enhance mental clarity, and support overall health. After meditating regularly, our students often say that they feel more creative and peaceful.
In addition to meditating, you’ll be living healthy lifestyle conducive to becoming the best person you can be: single rooms, organic vegetarian meals, and an ideal routine are standard for all of our on-campus students.
As a student at MUM, you’ll be immersed in an international community of entrepreneurs, thinkers, creatives, and influencers who are working hard to make the world a better place.
In addition, the town of Fairfield has been named the entrepreneurial capital of Iowa, with Fairfield businesses holding one-third of the state’s total venture capital. Fairfield’s supportive community is an ideal place to watch your own business grow with the help of other creative entrepreneurs.
