Upgrading Campus Buildings, Roads, and Grounds
MUM needs to enroll more students from high-income families. Exceptionally well-maintained buildings, roads, and grounds are essential features in attracting and retaining full-pay students.
These features give parents visual assurance and pride that their children are spending their college years in a dignified and prestigious environment.
Below is a partial list of projects, some small and some large, that need funding. Each project will have a marked impact on the MUM campus appeal and quality of life.

|Grounds||north of Crow Creek and west of Granville Avenue||grade and seed five acres of land, turning into anexpansive park and recreation area||$5,000|
|Parking||parking Lot||paving North Argiro parking lot according to sustainable design||$400,000|
|Quality of Life/Cost reduction||Recreation Center||install efficient, higher quality lighting||$50,000|

The University’s donors led the way in getting the roofs of both Golden Domes fully rebuilt, thus ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone participating in the SuperRadiance program.
Hildebrand Hall Upgrades
Funded by one of our dear donors, the major upgrades in Hildenbrand Hall have transformed the quality of residential living for our undergraduate women.
Verrill Hall Renovation
Funded as an investment in our Computer Science Masters Program—Verrill Hall—a 50,000 square foot building has been renovated to provide state-of-the-art classrooms and offices for faculty and staff.
