With the ongoing expansion of the Computer Professionals Program, and the generous support of donors, we have continued to expand, improve, and beautify our MIU campus and facilities.

During the past year we have enjoyed our new classrooms and administrative offices which have been so nicely created in Verrill Hall and in the MIU Library. Now we are pleased to see the new garden area in front of the McLaughlin (Computer Science) Building which will be expanding over the next year.

Previous garden

Recently, one of our very successful graduates generously donated to help support the University and its expansion, and to help make everything the most enjoyable for current students. He did this in appreciation for what he enjoyed while here on-campus, and for his ongoing success since then:

“I truly owe you and the University for everything, and thank you for that. To this day I enjoy TM (which I learned only after enrolling).  A few months ago I became a proud U.S. citizen. I now have my own company, and would like to contribute to our department as an alumnus.”

“Also, it is not a donation. It is just a dividend I am paying for your investment in me, and believing in me.  I came to our University with $200 in my pocket. I had no family, friends, language, experience or money.  Everything I have now is because of you and the University. I hope I can do more in the future.  I pray Lord Almighty blesses our entire TM family with a joyful heart.” — Anonymous MSCS graduate

We are using this donation to add this new student garden area outside of the McLaughlin Building: (See photos of garden at top.)
