Sunshine Silver Lining is a Mental Health and Communications Consulting Agency heading into its second decade. Created by Sunny Noelle Naughton, who has a background in human services, journalism, and the entertainment business, SSL is able to teach individuals why mental health matters thoughtfully. Through Sunshine Silver Lining, Sunny accesses collaboration, education, and facilitation to support individuals, communities, and organizations to further these conversations.

- 5-10 Hours a week, asynchronous, with opportunities to sit in classes and webinars

- $250 Stipend offered at the completion of the internship

At this time, SSL is looking for support in business research, communications, and marketing for the course Mental Health First Aid in planning for 2024. This includes yet is not limited to:
- Research on MHFA in New England and beyond
- Research Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, and Substance Use and Misuse Programming
- Communications support for various channels, from newsletters to social media
- And more…depending on the strengths and interests of the candidate
Specific Duties
- Networking by attending webinars and/or meetings
- Researching national partnerships using search engines and taking notes
- Researching and developing content for social media channels – Facebook and LinkedIn
- Duties can be developed based on students’ interests and interested skill sets.
