Enrollment Center

• Transcripts must be requested by the student. However, if a transcript is going directly to a college or university for admission, the request can be made by a parent or spouse.
• All transcripts are official. However, some institutions will not accept transcripts that have been in the student’s possession and/or opened. If this is the case, be sure that the transcript is sent directly to the institution.
• Transcripts or certificates will not be released until all delinquent accounts have been paid.

Delivery

• Please allow 1-2 weeks for standard delivery within the U.S. and 2-3 weeks for foreign delivery.
• For faster delivery (1-3 business days within the U.S.) there is an extra $25 charge to cover the expedited processing and FedEx service. Note: FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box.

Fees

All transcript fees include delivery via US Mail.

Transcript fees are:

• For non-current MUM students: $10 each transcript. If more than one transcript is ordered at a time, the fee is $10 plus $5 for each additional transcript if all are ordered at the same time, e.g., $15 for two, $20 for three, etc.
• For current MUM students: $5 each transcript, but $10 each when for a H1B visa application.
• For newly graduated, non-current students: $5 each transcript for up to 1 month after the graduation date.
• For FedEx delivery, click "Continue" below to submit your request, but do not pay the transcript fee on-line.
  Then, call Transcripts at 641-472-1144 to pay the combined transcript fee and FedEx charges with your credit card.
• For current MUM faculty, staff, and their dependents: no charge
