Additional Findings on the Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health
The Maharishi Vedic Approach to HealthSM program applies the complete knowledge of Natural Law contained in all areas of the Vedic Literature to promote health by establishing balance in mind, body, behavior, and environment. This approach also applies the recent discovery of a precise correspondence between the structures of Natural Law expressed in the Vedic Literature and the structures and functions of human physiology to enliven integration and balance in the body (His Majesty Raja Raam, Human Physiology: Expression of Veda and the Vedic Literature (second edition). Vlodrop, The Netherlands: Maharishi Vedic University Press, 1995).

The Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health program is effective in maintaining health and preventing disease because it restores balance to the mind, body, and environment. It provides techniques such as the Maharishi Rejuvenation program and herbal food supplements to maintain balance in the individual. In addition to the findings listed here, it also contains collective health measures to eliminate stress and promote a disease-free society.
