The Maharishi University of Management Distance Education MBA program offers part-time study with two possible times in the evenings, Monday through Friday, so that students may earn a degree while maintaining their work responsibilities.

In addition, there is a Block Release option for senior leaders and managers featuring at-home study plus four full weeks per year classwork in residence in scenic locations.

Special Access Opportunities for Advanced Placement

Students who demonstrate competencies from prior learning in an advanced placement examination or who have had significant work experience may complete the MBA in as little as two years (four semesters). Students who need more class work can take one or two additional years in the part-time program earning either a Bachelor of Arts in Business or a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration in the process.

Enrollment Requirements

Applicants should have an undergraduate Bachelors Degree, or National Higher Diploma, (or other level 6 on the NQF qualification) and a minimum of 2 years work experience.

Maharishi University of Management will evaluate students’ prior work experience by administering a Recognition for Prior Learning evaluation. On this basis, students not meeting the above educational qualifications but with significant work experience may also be considered. In some cases, a special academic course of study will be created to meet individual need.
