Self-Discovery

Why we came to MUM

At MUM, self-discovery is not just an intellectual process. It’s the deep, direct experience of your own innermost nature and the underlying reality of life.

This experience is gained through a simple, effortless procedure — the Transcendental Meditation technique. All students and faculty meditate 20 minutes, twice daily, at MUM.

MUM offers Consciousness-Based education (CBE), through which you’ll discover how each field of study is connected at the deepest levels of life, how they connect to yourself on a personal and grand scale. Through CBE learning becomes much more satisfying, relevant, and exciting.
