Why employers like our graduates    

interview handshakeJob interviewers don't spend a lot of time looking at college transcripts. Your grades and a degree are important — but employers more typically want to know if you are a good fit for the company, if you work well with others, and are adaptable, inquisitive, reliable, and alert.

What skills are employers looking for?

In a national survey conducted in 2009 by the Association of American Colleges and Universities, 302 U.S. companies and organizations were asked what qualities and skills need more emphasis in college learning outcomes. You can see the full list here, but a short list includes:
