My journey to Maharishi Vedic Science is an interesting one. As a child, my intuition was shut down early, but I always knew the world was not as material as I’d been taught. Through my own personal exploration I came upon quantum physics and, eventually, the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. The knowledge I gained has been unbelievably eye-opening and powerful. I’ve learned how to be a whole person in the world, understanding both the objective and subjective nature of life. It’s opened up my intuition and validated what I knew in my heart to be true.

Overview

What is Maharishi Vedic Science?

Maharishi Vedic Science helps you experience and understand higher states of consciousness.

Through Maharishi’s techniques and knowledge for development of consciousness, you’ll gain a better understanding of yourself and your place in the world — not just intellectually, but by directly experiencing your own inner nature. Explore universal, fundamental principles — and acquire self-knowledge for growth, transformation, and success in life.

By experiencing your own pure consciousness, your thinking and actions will become more coherent, harmonious, and rewarding. Students often remark how “things just start to go my way” as they gain the ability to fulfill desires from inside themselves. Ultimately, our world is a reflection of who we are — everyone shapes his or her own reality.

In addition to the core Maharishi Vedic Science courses, you take additional courses in Reading the Vedic Literature. Or, with faculty approval, qualified students may choose from these alternatives to Reading the Vedic Literature:

  • Transcendental Meditation teacher training
  • Transcendental Meditation program research internship
  • Physiology and health (Maharishi Ayurveda)
