What percentage of students receive financial aid?
Over 90% of our students receive some form of financial aid.
How do I know if I will qualify for financial aid?
If your family’s total yearly income is less than $110,000, there is a good chance you will qualify for financial aid — University scholarships and loans — while attending Maharishi University of Management.

Students are required to provide an additional yearly amount of $2,000 for personal expenses, emergency, and books.
How do I receive this financial aid?
- Fill out our International Financial Aid Application as soon as possible.
- We will receive your application results and determine your eligibility for all types of financial aid.
- Maharishi University of Management offers a substantial Trustees’ scholarship program that is supported by contributions from alumni and friends of the University. Scholarships, loans, and other aid based on financial need will be automatically packaged into your award based on your financial aid application results.
Where else can I go to look for financial aid?
- You may also apply for free aid through one of the free online scholarship search services.
- Please look into all the forms of financial aid available in your country for study in the U.S. at accredited universities.
- Low-interest, long-term alternative student loans are available if you have a U.S. citizen or permanent resident as co-signer. Citibank, America’s largest bank, now offers the CitiAssist Loan Program to our students. Find out more about the Citiassist Loan Program.
What merit-based scholarships are available?
In addition to providing as much need-based aid as possible, the University also offers a number of generous merit-based scholarships to recogniz outstanding academic achievement:
- Margaret Ann Calvert Scholarship. Awarded to an outstanding female student in Maharishi Vedic Science.
- Guido Bianchi Scholarship partial scholarship for outstanding student from a developing nation.
- Shelley Hoffman Scholarship. Awarded to students with cerebral palsy and/or outstanding creative writing skills for tuition or TM-Sidhi® program.
- Ray Pratt Scholarship. Awarded to musically talented students.
