Opening a File
Opening a Program
- Locate the programs application icon on your hard drive.
- Double-click the icon.
- If you use the program regularly, make an alias: Select the application icon, choose File > Make Alias, and drag the alias that appears onto your desktop.
You can switch between open programs using the Finder menu at the top right corner of your screen. Click the Finder icon and drag down to the program you want.
Opening a File

Opening a Recently-Used Program or File
- Choose Apple
> Recent Applications or >Recent Documents - Choose the program or file you want to open.
