Departure Checklist
Please make sure that the following University business is complete. Diplomas (for graduating students), security deposit refund, and transcript will not be issued to a student before the following have been completed:
Enrollment Center, Dreier Building, Extension 1144
- Student Account: outstanding balances paid
- U.S. students with Stafford Loans: exit interview completed
- Return meal/student ID badge when sticker expires or when leaving Fairfield
University Loan Office, Verrill Hall, Extension 4125
- International students with University Loans: exit interviews completed
- U.S. students with Perkins Loans or University Loans: exit interview completed
Students with On-Campus Housing:
Security Deposit Refund:
- Security Deposit Refund Request Form
- Library: return books, pay fines
- Locksmith: return keys
Only for intern or special scholarship work students:
- check out with Personnel Office
Super Radiance Badges
- Spring Super Radiance stickers are valid through the summer, until August registration.
- Return Super Radiance badge to the Department for the Development of Consciousness or drop it in the Course Liaison Box when badge expires or when leaving Fairfield
