Flute Masters
- Started taking lessons as a young boy with his uncle, Herambar Roy
- Studied under Pandit Gopal Chandra Roy, Professor Pranab Mukherjee, Professor Nikhilesh Roy, and Professor Deba Prasad Banerje.

Performing and Teaching Experience
- Joined Maharishi’s invitation to top musicians to perform world wide at Festivals of Music for World Peace since 1988.
- Performed and taught on behalf of Maharishi in many countries throughout Russia, the Middle East and Europe, including the Edinburgh International Festival of the Arts, Scotland, 1992
- Regular performer on All India Radio and TV
- Has made countless hours of audio recordings for the Maharishi Veda Vision Channel, which began broadcasting in 1998 to every continent from a global network of eight satellite.
