The Maharishi University of Management Human Resource Office offers two basic employment programs. One is for hourly wage positions. Most administrative and academic support positions are staffed through the other option, the Ideal Administrator Program. There are different benefit packages for the two categories of employment.

To apply for the Ideal Administrator Program you must already be practicing the Transcendental Meditation^® program of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi for four to six months. If you do already practice the Transcendental Meditation program and would like to be sent an application for the Ideal Administration program, please e-mail your name, address, and phone number to the personnel office. If you need information on finding the Transcendental Meditation teacher nearest to you in order to learn this program, also let us know and we will try to help.
