In the University’s Ideal Administrator Program, your enlightenment is the first priority. Every job comes with benefits designed to develop higher states of consciousness and create perfect health. Many have found the University’s Ideal Administrator Program to be a springboard to greater success in the educational program or career of their choice. Others have enjoyed this fulfilling life as their career for more than 20 years. There is no limit to what you can achieve as a member of the University’s Ideal Administrator Program.
The University Enlightenment Council has structured different tracks with time requirements and benefits to accommodate different goals and needs. This means that one earns eligibility to apply for scholarships/tuition grants for these courses and programs. Applicants must also apply and be accepted for these courses by the sponsoring organizations.
- Maharishi Master Manager track — provides a more comprehensive benefit package
- TM-Sidhi course track — earn eligibility to apply for a scholarship to the Center Invincibility Course
- Tuition track — earn eligibility to apply for tuition grants for full-time degree-seeking programs at Maharishi University of Management
- Housing and meals track — earn housing, meals, and group program privileges for part-time work
University Ideal Administrators live and work in the harmonious surroundings of a life-supporting atmosphere that is virtually alcohol-free, drug-free, and crime-free.
In this safe and beautiful campus environment of Maharishi University of Management we have a rich daily life: an ideal balance of dynamic activity, profound knowledge, deep rest, and development of higher states of consciousness through the collective practice of the Transcendental Meditation® and TM-Sidhi® programs, including Yogic Flying, with North America’s largest family of Sidhas and Meditators.
All Ideal Administrators receive housing and meals, special benefits according to their track, and a monthly stipend to enjoy the heavenly atmosphere of the campus in security and comfort. A more generous stipend is offered to those working in the Maharishi Consciousness-BasedSM Health CareSM Staff and Faculty Prevention Clinic, Custodial Services, Food Services, Physical Plant, and the Press, depending on time commitment and position.
