What will be my daily schedule on this program?

The emphasis will be on a highly enjoyable stress-free routine to support deep experiences and optimal health. The schedule will provide you with a balance of rest and activity — deep experience of your unbounded nature along with focused discussion of key concepts in Maharishi Vedic Science. The typical daily schedule is shown in the table below.

What kind of campus housing will I have?

All students will have single rooms. The University now has student residential housing that is in accord with the principles of Vedic architecture. Our goal is for all students in this program to be in the new housing as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee the availability of units for all students. This housing has an additional cost of $1,500 for the 10-month program.

Do I need a bachelor’s degree to enter this program?

Yes. However, teachers of Maharishi’s Transcendental Meditation program who have two years or more of college education may receive academic credit for their teacher training course and their teaching activities.
