A global village

Computer Professionals Program students enjoy the campus of Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa, 50 miles west of the Mississippi River--a few hours from Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Madison, and Minneapolis. Surrounded by woods and fields, the 272-acre campus is green and peaceful, and notable for its international population. Students from over 60 countries provide an interesting cultural experience.

"Everyone here is really friendly," reports Computer Professionals Program student Samuel Bedassa from Ethiopia. "I feel very comfortable on campus. Living here is like taking a tour around the world. I have become friends with people from several continents and I am fascinated to learn about their cultures. I am gaining a global perspective that will help me be a better citizen of the world."
