Visit a tiger preserve in the forests of central India. Visit Allahabad, site of the Kumbha Mela. Enjoy the memorial to Maharishi, the Maharishi Smarak. Visit ancient temples and holy sites in Varanasi (Benares) the oldest continually inhabited city in the world. Visit Sarnath, where the Buddha gave his first lecture. See the Taj Mahal, perhaps the most beautiful building in the world. Go whitewater rafting down the Ganges to Rishiskesh, located at the foothills of the Himalayas.
