Specific: Learn how to maximize the use of Social Media platforms to increase sales in Press Marketing, The Golden Dome Market and The University Store.
Measurable: Facebook page should be created and updated weekly for The Golden Dome Market. 10 Facebook pages should be created for books offered by Press Marketing and a training session is planned to teach the authors how to maintain.
Achievable: Work with Paul Schaefer to create and maintain Facebook pages and consider what other social media platforms would be useful.
Results-Focused: Better use of Social Media platforms will result in more customers and higher profits.
Time-Bound: Create new pages throughout the year

Specific: Create 4 new books for publication by Maharishi University of Management Press.
Measurable: 3 books have been published so far this fiscal year with the fourth in final stages of editing. 
Achievable: Will work with authors and editors and oversee the smooth transition from file to printed book.
Results-Focused: More books will lead to more sales and higher profits.
Time-bound: Should be done by June 30, 2014

Specific: Increase profit to sales ratios in Golden Dome Market and Café and University Store by 5%.
Measurable: University Store Profit /Expenses ratio up 10 percent so far over fiscal 2012-13. 
Golden Dome Market Profit /Expenses ratio up 5 percent so far over fiscal 2013-14
Achievable: By more closely monitoring expenses this can be accomplished.
Results-Focused: Higher profit margins benefits everyone.
Time-bound: This fiscal year, 2013/14, compared to last fiscal year.

 Get at least 10 publications posted in ebook format.

 Complete and launch new website for University Store.
 Finalize and implement a plan with MAPI to establish an auxiliary University Store in the Health and Wholeness store in downtown Fairfield.
 Increase daily average sales in Golden Dome Market and Café by 13% to $3,500.
