I received an alert from my shipping company that my package has arrived in Fairfield, but there is no slip in my mailbox. What do I do?
Wait for a package slip to be placed in your MR Box. The slip informs you that your package has arrived, has been logged in, and is ready for you to pick up.

I have a package that I want to ship UPS. Since you don't sell UPS services what can I do?
Ship it USPS or FedEx (the only two services that the Mairoom sells). Or, go to Premier Pack & Ship located at 502 W. Burlington Avenue here in Fairfield.

I want to mail a package and pay with a credit card, but the cost of the package is less than $10. What can I do?
The Mailroom has a $10 minimum on credit and debit charges. Your options are to buy stamps to make your total cost over $10, go upstairs and get cash from the ATM, or take your package to the US Post Office or to the Premier Pack & Ship located at 502 W. Burlington Avenue here in Fairfield.
