Fred Travis    
Dr. Travis is Professor of Maharishi Vedic Science, Chair of the Department of Maharishi Vedic Science, Dean of the Graduate School, and Director of the Center for Brain, Consciousness, and Cognition. He earned an M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Maharishi University of Management, and a B.S. in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University.
William Sands    
Dr. Sands is Dean of the College of Maharishi Vedic Science and Associate Professor of Maharishi Vedic Science and Sanskrit. He earned an M.A. and Ph.D. from Maharishi University of Management, an MSCI from Maharishi European Research University, and a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University. He is the author of two books, entitled Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and His Gift to the World, and Maharishi's Yoga: The Royal Road to Health, Happiness, and Enlightenment (in Press). He has also published a number of articles including Dharma in the Valmiki Ramayan in the Light of Maharishi Vedic Science and Maharishi’s Program of Reading the Vedic Literature: Unfolding the Total Potential of Natural Law.
Rod Eason    
Dr. Eason is Assistant Professor of Maharishi Vedic Science, Dean of Student Life and Chair of the Department for the Development of Consciousness. He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in Maharishi Vedic Science from MUM. His dissertation connected objective and subjective methods of gaining knowledge, Maharishi Vedic Science and consciousness, and the unified field of physics with pure consciousness. He also explored the nature of time and the influence of impulses of creative intelligence active on different days. Dr. Eason has been a teacher of Transcendental Meditation for more than 30 years.
Vernon Katz, DPhil    
Vernon Katz, DPhil, received his doctorate from Oxford University under the guidance of Dr. Radhakrishnan, who later became the second president of India. Dr. Katz assisted Maharishi in his translation and commentary of the Bhagavad-Gita and Brahma Sutra. Dr. Katz is the author of Conversations with Maharishi, and will soon publish a second volume as well as a translation of the Upanishads. He is a trustee of the University and a Professor of Maharishi Vedic Science in the Department of Maharishi Vedic Science.
Vijayakumari Narayanan (also known as Viji Hobbs)    
Dr Hobbs is Assistant Professor of Maharishi Vedic Science. She earned a B A in English and Law from Keele University, England, and qualified as a Barrister-at-Law in London. She earned an MA and Ph.D in Maharishi Vedic Science from Maharishi University of Management. Dr Hobbs has taught and practiced law in the private and the public sectors. She is also a teacher of the Transcendental Meditation technique.
Evan Finkelstein    
Dr. Finkelstein is Associate Professor of Maharishi Vedic Science. He earned a B.A. from Carnegie-Mellon University; an M.S.W. from Yeshiva University; and an M.S.C.I. and Ph.D. from Maharishi University of Management. Included in courses taught by Prof. Finkelstein are themes such as universal principles of life expressed by Maharishi Vedic Science and the religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
Thomas Egenes    
Dr. Egenes is Associate Professor of Maharishi Vedic Science and Sanskrit. He earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia; an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Maharishi University of Management; B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.
